During COVID-19 situation every stages of life is in the vulnerable situation. Vulnerable groups of our community are facing challenges and crisis in this pandemic situation. In this write up, possible challenges/crisis of lactating mothers and for children up to 2 years during COVID 19 outbreak, Care of a lactating mother for her nutrition and health issues, care for children up to 2 years on hygiene, nutrition, health and psychosocial support, role of health care providers, family members (including counselling support to family members) and also care & management of Severe Acute Malnourished (SAM) children have been discussed. Messages are brief and enriched. It will surely help who are working with maternal and child health, nutrition, community health and nutrition.
