About CINI Chetana Resource Centre

The CINI Chetana Resource Centre (CCRC) is a premier capacity-building institute in India, committed to strengthening the skills of Government and Non-Government functionaries through participatory and practice-based learning approaches. Since its inception, CCRC has played a key role in developing skilled human resources across diverse sectors.

CCRC partners with Government institutions, NGOs, and community-based organizations to design and deliver need-based training programmes. Our work spans five core thematic areas: Health, Nutrition, Education, Protection, and Comprehensive Life Skills, supporting stakeholders in creating sustainable and locally relevant solutions.

What sets CCRC apart is its strong integration of field experience into learning processes. Insights drawn from real-world implementation by CCRC and its partners are transformed into interactive training modules, ensuring that learning is practical, relevant, and grounded in community realities.

The CCRC Resource Centre and Library serves as a dynamic knowledge hub, housing over 5,000 publications, including journals, training manuals, and a wide range of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials. These resources are regularly updated to reflect emerging trends, policies, and best practices.

Beyond institutional training, CCRC actively engages with communities through innovative resource development and sensitization initiatives. By fostering awareness, dialogue, and empowerment at the grassroots, CCRC promotes inclusive learning and sustainable social change
