CCRC A Brief Intro...
Functioning as one of the pioneer training Centre for more than 40 years, CINI Chetana Resource Centre (CCRC) has grown as a multi-dimensional training institute. The multi disciplinary team at CCRC is equipped to handle different level of training of NGOs, Government Departments in and outside the state of West Bengal in the regional languages as well as per the need.
The primary objectives of CCRC are to develop human resource in GO, NGO at community level through appropriate support in their capacity building. To sustain this process the intervention lays considerable importance on field experience to add to the pool of knowledge its subsequent percolation. CINI and other partners have made a valuable contribution in enriching the pool from their field experiences that get translated through the participatory sessions. Apart from this, sensitizing different groups within the community through innovative and effective resource materials has also been an intensive process of learning for the institution.
