Training & Capacity Building Initiatives:
- Sensitization of PRI members, local volunteers, and Nehru Yuva Kendra members on Adolescent Health under the WBRCH Project in Malda and the North Eastern States.
- Design of training strategies and capacity building of KGVK personnel under a tripartite partnership between CINI, KGVK, and ICICI, conducted in Ranchi.
- Development and delivery of training programmes for TSRDs and CYSD field workers in Ranchi and Odisha.
- Collaboration with UNIFEM to conduct training for CHARCA personnel in Aizawl on Gender and HIV/AIDS.
- Partnership with Jadavpur University to implement a three-month Certificate Course on Reproductive and Child Health (RCH).
- Recognition as the District Training Centre for elected Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) members.
- Capacity building of CCRC and partner organization staff through funding support from CINI UK.
- Technical and training support to CINI for programmes on RSBY, Railway Children, and various thematic trainings for community initiatives supported by ITC Ltd.
- Training and community exposure visits for GNM nursing students on Health and Nutrition
- Training programmes for students from various academic institutions on Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Registration as an accredited Training Provider under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
Development of a Counselling Card on Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) practices in collaboration with UNICEF, enabling Anganwadi Workers to effectively counsel mothers and caregivers based on children’s nutritional status.
Strengthening Post-COVID and Public Health Responses
- Conducted specialized training for ANMs and ASHAs on Post-COVID Complications Management and Follow-up, enhancing frontline response and community care.
- Delivered online training on Post-COVID management for Frontline Workers (FLWs) in collaboration with HCL Foundation.
- Organized online training for MNCG-NCD Project staff in Odisha, strengthening non-communicable disease management capacities.
Knowledge Resources & Communication Materials
- Developed a range of hand-outs, flipbooks, posters, and videos focusing on:
- Post-COVID complications management and follow-up
- Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health and Nutrition
- Proning techniques, nutrition flags, and use of oximeters
- Adolescent Health awareness (“Boyosondhikalin Swasthya Sochetanata”)
Maternal & Child Health Program Support
- Continued technical and capacity-building support for the Maternal and Child Health Programme through training of Government Frontline Workers across:
- 28 wards in Kolkata Municipal Corporation
- 10 wards in Howrah Municipal Corporation
Academic & Digital Learning Engagement
- Conducted online training programmes for students of Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis Mahavidyalaya (PCMM College).
- Expanded digital learning opportunities through certified skill-building courses.
Community Outreach & Health Services
- Organized a Health Camp at Howrah Foundry, supported by TATA Metaliks, benefiting workers and community members.

- Implemented NIIT Foundation-approved certificate courses, including:
- Certificate Course in Cyber Security
- Certificate Course in Microsoft Office (CCMO 2010)
- Certificate Course in Spoken English & Personality Development (SEPD)
Strengthening Health Systems & Workforce
- Conducted capacity-building programmes for staff across multiple projects on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF).
- Delivered comprehensive training on Reproductive and Child Health (RCH), Non-Communicable Diseases, and First Aid for health workers under the Swasthya Sangini Programme of MUKTI, South 24 Parganas (Sundarbans).
Programme Design & Knowledge Development
- Developed training modules for the MacArthur Project, supporting structured and effective learning implementation.
- Contributed to a research proposal titled “Caregiver’s Burden and Stress in Dealing with Geriatric Patients with Chronic Illnesses”, undertaken by the Regional Geriatric Centre, Medical College Kolkata, for a one-year study.
Adolescent Health & Life Skills
- Conducted Peer Educator Training on Adolescent Health and Life Skills, strengthening youth leadership and community outreach.
- Organized Adolescent Health training for girls and boys aged 14–19 years, along with Menstrual Hygiene orientation for girls aged 10–14 years, in collaboration with MUKTI (Urban Programme).
Corporate & Foundation Partnerships
- Implemented field worker capacity-building programmes with Ambuja Cement Foundation, Howrah, focusing on WASH, Maternal and Child Health, and Nutrition.
Academic Exposure & Learning
- Facilitated exposure visits on Food and Nutrition for students from institutions such as Vidyasagar College, NSHM Knowledge Campus, and Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis College (PCM), linking academic learning with real-world practice
