Online training on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and awareness regarding sexual and reproductive health, rights, and responsible decision-making through a digital learning platform. The training is designed to address the physical, emotional, psychological, and social aspects of reproductive health and focuses on increasing understanding of topics such as adolescence and puberty, reproductive system and functions, menstrual health and hygiene, gender and gender equality, consent, healthy relationships, prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), family planning, maternal health, and prevention of child marriage and gender-based violence. It also highlights the importance of rights-based approaches, access to health services, mental well-being, life skills, and creating supportive environments for adolescents and young people. Using interactive online methods including presentations, group discussions, case studies, videos, and experience-sharing sessions, the training seeks to improve awareness, address myths and misconceptions, and promote informed choices for better health and well-being.
